Turbo Adapter Plate

Fits:  DSM T-25 and TD05H turbos, 88-91 CRX HF, 88-89 Civic Standard Hatch, 92-95 Civic CX, and 92-95 Civic VX Exhaust Manifolds.

The small holes are for the HF style manifold.  They are tapped for 1/4-20 bolts, I recommend a good hard stainless bolt. 

The larger holes are countersunk for the cap head screws for the turbo.  They are the exact size and pitch for the DSM (T-25 and TDO5H) turbos.  They sit just below the top surface.  You'll need an allen head wrench for these.

The main port in the middle matches up to the turbo inlet on the T-25.  It is smaller than the outlet on the HF style manifold, though, so some hand porting could improve flow a bit.

The cutout at the bottom edge is for the dipstick.

adapter.gif (7986 bytes) Here's the first drawing of the adapter.  The small holes are tapped and line up with the HF manifold.  The larger holes have a counter-bore to accept a cap screw that will sit below the surface of the adapter.  The exhaust port is 2" diameter except for the area on the bottom edge where the turbo port overlaps the edge of the port on the manifold. This drawing has a mistake that we corrected.  The holes for the HF manifold are not the right distance apart.
